Since 1997, we’ve been producing award winning dough and dough related products for our Manhattan Pizza concepts in the Mid-Atlantic region. We launched ACS in 2023 so that these products are available to our rapidly growing customer base nationwide. We have a passion for high quality dough products which is why we pride ourselves on manufacturing products that meet your customer demands and exceed industry performance standards. Located in Northern Virginia, American Culinary Solutions is a family-owned and operated business that strives to assist food service operators by offering fresh-frozen products that not only expedite food processes, but also maintain high standards of quality, taste, and performance. We place great value on fostering strong customer relationships, and upholding our mission with passion and integrity in all aspects of our business. Jack Azar
Jack Azar, CEO and culinary expert, is the Co-Founder of ACS. For over 40 years, he has dedicated his career to the food industry. His experience as a brand developer, successful restaurant owner/operation and as a Research & Development expert in the food industry bring a sense of production realities and technical savvy to the company. As the driving force behind Manhattan Pizza award winning dough products, Jack brings a wealth of hands-on practical experience producing huge volumes of award winning dough and dough related products.
Andy Murphy
Andy Murphy, SVP Sales and Business development worked closely with Jack to launch Manhattan Pizza Franchising LLC in 2010 and together with Jack expanded the Manhattan Pizza footprint throughout Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. Andy has over 35 years of sales leadership experience in the technology industry working with large firms such as IBM and HP. Andy has a wealth of sales and business development experience and has been building successful, high performance sales teams since throughout his career.

Our facilities are outfitted with the state of the art production equipment which meets all industry cleanliness and safety standards. Our leading edge machinery manufactures a wide variety of product offerings with wholesale, private label and custom formulation capabilities.

Our staff comprises some of the most skilled and experienced bakers in the industry. With years of baking under their belts, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company. OUR CLIENTS LOVE OUR PRODUCTS
Prior to introducing the ACS products at Bear Chase 3 years ago, we offered a limited menu which was not popular with our guests. As a result, many guests stayed less than an hour due to the lack of a quality menu offering. However, once we implemented the ACS menu, we noticed an immediate improvement in overall guest satisfaction. Our guests' visit time almost doubled which meant the average ticket per guest increased significantly.
The Old Farm winery is our newest venue. It opened in the Spring of 2022 and we needed to make a big splash for our grand opening. We introduced ACS's Pizza during our grand opening with great success. The pizza continue to be a big hit with our customers. We have since introduced the pizza on our menu at the Bull Run Winery. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
